And where else would we go?
Well, seems everyone else has covered the bases I was going to. So, I'll summarize.
Machines =\= Machinists
Machinists hate the Cypherites
Machinists seek to change the Machines' view of the Cypherites
Leaving the Machines is not the way to change things - change comes from within.
EPN are terrorsits.
Cypherites are also terrorists.
This was an act of terrorists vs terrorists. Good times.
If not terrorist, what? You all play the amazing moving goal post game whenever someone asks about your goals. Getting back Neo? Well how can you do that without violence? Waking up every bluepill? How can you do that with the machines refusing to allow it? And if you only want to awaken the 1%, why the hell don't you just go back to Zion? There are plenty of Zion factions that don't take every order Locke hands down as the word of God.

About as clear as you guys have this statement:
Code Pulses are not Code Bombs, Code Bombs are not Code Pulses.
So when Gray turns up, I take it you won't be working for him?

I think what he means is that sence you have so openly stated you will nto work with Cypherites that the next time your asked to do so you rather then just go along with the order and then add your opinon to the your reports you actully state your opinion to Gray and not do as asked untill they change.
Change happens from within yeah but it doesn't if nothing from within is being done to make it happen.
That's not what he implied. I take it from his statement that he expects me to not work for Gray and the Machines at all, despite teh arguments we Machinists have made to explain our position. If Gray or the Machines ordered me to work with the Cypherites then no, I wouldn't follow that order and I'd state my opinion. Though they already know it.
Ah my bad. I only read what you quoted him as saying =p
Anyway glad we can at least agree on that mater. Time to put it into pracite
