Question about GM box timer in new construct

We killed the lvl 70 ninja, but the box was no longer there

Is the timer on the box or the last npc?

Dont know if its a bug or the way its supposed to work, but I figured if the time was up, the NPCs would disappear?

The timer will be on the box, as that's the time you have to kill all the waves that come.
After we killed it, the box became lootable, just like pandora.

Did you check time start to the moment the box went?

Ok, we've had this too.
The Timer is atcually on the BOX and NOT the spawns, so when the 2 hours (or whatever the time on the box is) is up, the box dissapears and the Safe does not spawn if you kill all of the NPC's.

However the NPC's will continue to spawn after the box is gone!

Well i got there a bit after the box was launched, but as time went on, we were dragged further and further from the box, so when it DID disappear, we didnt know and continued to kill the npcs that kept spawning.

So moral of the story is you gotta keep an eye on the box the whole time and time it from beginning to be on the safe side

Seems like it will be a grindfest too....36 shurikens needed for each lvl 50 item - only 20 npcs per box, and not every one dropped a shuriken - with a full team on random loot, this could take a very long time to get all you need, unless you start trading.  If you get all the shurikens, at least 2 boxes needed for each lvl 50 item.

Well at least everyone wont be running around with the new gear heh

Has Anyone checked their stealth timers after completing a box. I have my stealh timers on A long disabled countdown after the boxes were completed and after I left the playground.

Syntax server first for the highest box was the same. Box is gone with 4 mins to spare on the 3 hour timer.

Same thing happened to us.

My bigger worry is the horrible drop rate though. 3 master boxes 1 shruiken -_-

Patchers headgear times X4 anyone?

We got the GM box reward fine. Had that done in like 10 minutes.

 

The Daimyo is the box we got gipped on, the level 71-100 with a three hour time limit, with four minutes to spare.

So, how will we be able to beat the Daimyo box, and will we receive any compensation for defeating the box and not receiving the intended reward?

Didn't we hold the patch back a week to work out the kinks in the patch? D:

Honestly I wouldn't mind trading in the 18 individual shurikens that take up inventory space in order to trade in whatever it was I was supposed to get at the end of the box, but whatever.
