Crew could not be created (error = PS_SDUPLICATECREWNAME)

That's the error I get everytime I try to create a crew. I just got promoted to captain in my faction, so this is really annoying.

Have anyone had this problem before?

This is just an error saying that the name you are trying to create is already taken.
One thing about MxO, they rarely reset the name databases (for whatever reason)
So, if you're trying to make a crew and you get that error, try a different crew name or variation of the name.

Sounds like the crew name you are trying to use already exists on the server.

Tried picking a different crew name?

If so, then might be best to fill out an in-game support ticket and ask whats going on.
