For the benefit of those of us slaving away at work I take it the update wasn't everything people were hoping for?

Well depends if you like some recolored 22pt resistance clothing that looks surprisingly reminiscient of holiday gear. And the white area k looks more cream colored. I must admit the black headgear looks nice though. Nothing surprising though. I think someone posted a spoiler in one of the other forums with pics.

Depends on what you were hoping for, if you hyped it up and were expecting all your wishes to come true then probably not I just focused on what Rare said; "Little surprises" and i'm quite happy with the things we got.

Underwhelmed again, but sadly that's what most have us have come to expect from Matrix patches. White area K, black headgear, and some coloured 22 vestments which are useless to me for pvp. Same old.

Yeah, I know. Although as much as I'd like to see Phracks post and as much as I love reading Darm's joy joy posts the fact that the system here blocks most picture hosting sites and the pictures themselves I can't actually see what they've posted. So I'll have to wait a couple of hours. Didn't think the items would be up to much though. I wasn't expecting anything ground breaking.

I'm posting this response while AFK in the middle of Downtown. Best update ever in my opinion.

The Omega Headgear is definitely worth the update but the other items that Omega (not to be confused with the player) barters seem to fall a little flat. It seems like they were afterthoughts and while certainly easy to obtain, not something to jump up and down about. Unless, in this case, you throw yourself off the side of the building to end it all. I'm hoping that the "surprise" has yet to be discovered as there's nothing surprising about Omega. "Are we finished yet?" I hope not because I prefer not to end in a whimper.
