Greetings,

My name is Villemar and I am one of the three original members of Les Enfants Terribles, the oldest Merovingian faction here.

As I consider myself a diplomat of sorts, it is my goal to maintain cordial relations with all liasons, regardless of affiliation.  Some of you I have met in the simulation, others I have not.

The art of diplomacy is not easy, but surely solving problems with dialogue before resorting to crass violence is a noble effort, is it not?

I hope to meet the rest of you soon and I wish to extend to all of you my full hospitality.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need anything at all.

Sincerely,

Villemar

Greetings Villemar,

The art of diplomacy is indeed a difficult one to master, but one that at least the majority of us are well-versed in as officers. I must say I haven't recieved very diplomatic words from many serving the Merovingian here, but there have been a few pleasant exceptions. As you said in my initial transmission, I'll reserve judgement until after I meet you.

I'll look forward to this meeting, sir.

Sincerely,

Mnemasyne

Hi Villemar!

I cannot disagree with your statement: It's indeed better to try to solve issues by talking than with violence. It's unfortunate that we aren't always able to avoid such behavior though.
I've already met a few operatives of the Merovingian and his wife and so far they've all been really nice. But that doesn't mean that I like your dearest leader to get away with keeping the possibility to harm the mother of the Matrix. You have to be careful with that guy, you know.

I'm looking forward to meet you, Villemar.

Sincerely,

Sphectra

Yes, well, while I do not share the enthusiasm il mio collega Villemar has for greeting officers from other organizations, I am pleased at his panache and wonderful display of civilised behaviour!

This is one Operative with Style!

Let us hope that your style does nothing to whet your appetite for destruction, eh il mio amico

Regards,

Why thank you, mi cugini, for the kind words.  Although I have more of an appetite for sybaritic pleasures than wonton destruction; surely those that know me know not to underestimate me, for under the velvet glove resides an iron fist.

You see? this is what I like to see, people from opposing factions acting in a cordial way, despite their differences.

makes me feel all warm and fuzzy

Greetings, Liasons!

I just want to give you all a heads-up.  There will be a point in your career, probably very soon if not already, when you will appear "on the radar" as it were to the Redpills of Mega City.  At that point, it will seem like every Redpill in the Matrix will be gunning for you.  You see, we have quite a lot of folks here with anger management problems.  Do not despair, however.  You may have to take more evasive routes and use more discretion while going about your business.  As you all grow in power, however, this will become less of an issue.  My offer of assistance certainly still holds.  There are still a few of you left who I have not met, and I hope to rectify that soon.

Cheers and have a great night!

 Villemar

Hello Villemar,

I have spoken with you on a few accounts and appreciate you trying to maintain friendly relations with all those outside of your Organization. However, I must warn you that others inside your Merovingian Afilliation may not be very happy with your actions, such as consulting "Terrorist" Liaisons.  On another note, I do applaud you for attempting where others have attempted to attack, due to, as you have said, we Liaisons popping up on the Radar.

Just be careful.

I'd rather introduce myself to the E Pluribus Neo liaisons through a bullet.

Thank you Zenophone, you are a gentleman and I'm happy we have had the opportunity to talk.

Isn't it interesting that our of the four other organizations, EPN and the Cypherites are the only two that have responded to my offer?  The so-called "terrorists" of the Matrix seem to have more decorum than Zion and the Machines.  Although, it seems hard to conduct dialogue with liasons like Redavra that think that communication with others is tantamount to treason.  And they blame EPN and Cypherites for being radical extremists!

Keep up the trash talk.

My advice to you is to start sleeping with one eye open from now on.
