How to fix ability stacking.

Simply as this, whenever you change abilities all self activated buffs (Hyper Defenses, Title Buffs, Hyper Speed, Desperation etc...) turn off.
If someone loads up all of MA for the viral defense, the moment they try to load their main tree Hyper Deflect turns off. Thus the ONLY buffs you can have on yourself are ones activated with your currently loaded tree.
So can I expect my medal in the mail or what?

stacking goes further than just ability stacking, this does nothing to fix clothing stacking. And in order to make someone "refresh" their buffs, all IS costs need to be removed from all title buffs and hypers.

It does fix ability stacking though, that's why I titled the thread "How to fix ability stacking", not "How to fix all stacking". I think removing at least ability stacking is a good start.
And forcing people to refresh their buffs? Well that only happens when they decide to change loadouts, and people should refresh all their buffs anyway when they do that otherwise they are stacking. Hence anybody who doesn't stack should notice no difference at all after this is put in effect.

All hypers. your fighting style (ma/guns/self-defense/hacker/whatever) and related are refreshed when you teleport using a hardline btw. Not title buffs. Doesn't cost IS either. I have no idea how difficult it would be to code that in or if it's even feasible. And it STILL doesn't solve title buffs.
