The issue with disappearing email has been resolved. All emails that were sent during this period were on the server, so items and $Information sent during this time should still be attached to the emails. It is now safe to use the in-game email system.

 

The missing hotbar issue is due to a change put in that resolved problems with invalid characters in user names. This was a one-time fix, so your hotbar will not be cleared again. We apologize for not announcing this beforehand.

 

The stability issue is related to an old issue we have not been able to resolve yet. When using hardlines, some enhancements are removed and reapplied, causing the "damage" you see when you use a hardline. We are investigating the increased reports today along with the original issue.
