So Like, where's my Mobius?

I recently opened a new account using a buddy key provided to me from the Algorithm Black event.

Everything is good as of yet, but when I created the account it said about special in-game bonuses
Hyper-Jump Beta
Mobius Code

I get in-game and it tells me I have 1 unclaimed item, I type /claim and get Hyper-Jump Beta, no Mobius code.

So I try /claim again, nothing.

I log out, then log in again, no /claim message, and nothing on /claim.

So like, where's my Mobius?

dont think its fair on the players that have been playing for long time and not getting these abilites

kinda sucks if you ask me

Once its got a recurring payment method (credit card) you do /claim and bingo theres your code.

I wouldn't have minded if it was to Beta and Pre-order players only, but they miss a big chunck of people in the middle then start giving them out again to Trial players.

Why? Do you deserve it? Did you guys pre-order the game before launch? Were you subbed during the event that gave everyone the Mobius Code? Did you sign up for a Friends and Family trial account and then convert it to a regular paying account after the devs decided to make HJB and MC a sign-up incentive?

No? Then you don't meet the criteria for those two abilities.

Now, if you want to comment about how unfair it is that there is no system of rewards for veterans, then you might have a leg to stand on.

There are clear criteria for those two items and if you don't meet them, sorry for your luck, but stop whining about it. It's an incentive to get new players to sign up for the game, and if people continue to complain about it they may scrap it, giving new people even less incentive to try this game out.
