Masquerad.

As much as I want out of this hell hole, I gotta admit it's good to be back!

First
thing I did when I got back in was head over to Mara Central for a snippet of banter, and boy did I find it! Not that many people were concerned with little old me, but Synapze777 had a fire in her eyes. Not that I was looking at her eyes... I mean it was a really short top...

... I mean really.

She got boring, eventually. So dammed zealous and pompous. Zion these days. They don't make 'em like they used to.

I had better things to do anyway, like seeing a man about a dog. I heard Warblade was having a little bit of trouble with a certain 'Cainine', so I decided I'd have a chin wag and see if I couldn't find out any more about the little bow-wow.

He took his time, though. I got through a glass of water or two before he felt like chatting.

Eventually, though, his mug whirled through those revolvin' doors, and I could get down to a bit of business.

It turns out I got a bit more than I bargained for. My old buddy Warblade told me that Cainine was accountable--in part--for the release of Professor Gillian...

That b*stard's free! After all I did to get  him put away, those Son's of b*tches let him out again?!? Looks like my re-insertion is a while away yet.

The rest of our business is hush-hush, though, so you just get to look at our pretty mugs for a while. All I know is that things are about to get a lot more interestin' now that ole Masquerad's back in the picture.

Like I said, it's good to be back.

Despite some nasty words thrown around about the Cypherites, I can't say that my meeting with Masquerad went poorly. In fact, we made some very important business agreements. Although he showed certain prejudice towards Zion redpills, he has an air of loyalty in his aura. Like he will not pull the same *poop* the Freelancer did.

His goals are simple. To go back into the simulation and forget...

On a related note, I've picked up some hatred of my own... E Pluribus Neo... These ruthless fools have inflicted more harm than good and while we do not have the resources to allocate and destroy Shimada or The Kid at this time, I am offering a reward of 1 million info for timestamped visual representation of the following hits. I'll reward the first three screenshots for each extremist redpill, but only once per target. So the most you can make is 3 million, but I'm actually paying out a total of 9.

Hah. I'll raise that wager, buddy.

For every 1 mil you get from him, i'll add another mil. So you've got a chance to get a good 6 million $information for leatherin' some EPN wackos.

Get crackin'!

Its pretty lame when the only time you interact with your own organization is when you try to get past organization locks at our events.

I agree it kind of sucks. I wish we saw some more PET action outside of Live Events. Its not that I mind them there because the characters are cool but usually the factions are more focused on the actual Live Event character.

It seems like the only time they show up anymore are for these events or to talk to other organizations. I hope they are just planning something bigger because the old events were really sweet.

Called 23:11 Nov 3rd.  He'll have to vouch for it, as for some reason system didn't say "Called was just killed by exsuscito"

You already know that my response will be in defense of the team.

The Vector PET members are quite busy with their own lives, and they have much to do for preparing just one event. With multiple tasks taking up much time for future events/ideas/media, our activity within the game has reduced, this is true. Although, your claim at us using characters to break org locked events, is nothing but a mere assumption by someone who is prejudice to characters of alternative organizations assuming the roles of a character within your own.

You claim that the characters aligned with your organization are only seen during org locked events. While you may believe this to be true, it is not. You yourself, Trucidos, have not been as active as you initially were on Vector, following your return to MxO. If you'd like to see our characters online at the same time as yourself more often, feel free to email them with your availability, and that of your faction members.

We're not given special tools by the developers, nor are we given storyline related support -- . So, if we're to acquire special items (such as redpills/bluepills, code fragments, oracle cookies and the like) to give to our community, as tokens of appreciation from ourside of the table, we have to participate in the events, as well. Working alongside players, is the most benefitial method, in the end.

The members of the Vector PET are not new to MxO, and have each participated in countless live events. We don't have to resort to our alternative characters to gain information... We have other methods of doing so with our own characters, in which we can assume a reputation with, over time.

We're in this for the community's interest, not our own self-interest. It is not our goal to distract players from official events -- and that has been addressed multiple times to both the development team and members of the lesig. That is a reason why we try to avoid having PET events on the same day as a live event, or several hours before/after.

Our goal is to enhance the experience of players within the game, not have them weigh their options in order to enjoy the game.

As far as most of your post goes thats all fine. I understand your need to get these items so you can function and keep a worth while reward system.

As far as commenting on my so called lack of activity thats just a flat out lie or overlook. I can put in a good 5 hours a night if not more in MxO. Either Im unlucky or your just wrong. Anyways man last time I saw a Cypherite PET character was at the Cryptos event than this. Hey maybe Im just the unluckiest guy in the world and suck at being at the right place at the right time.

As far as my bias towards non organization people being in events I have none. I just think there should be some equality with how we are treated in relation to machinest events instead of us being used as a rat in a cage for them to watch while we get to sit at the kids table for their events.

Anyways man drop me a PM if you want to talk about this no need to turn it into a public event.
