Enoch : The Story of Neo?

I found this bit of information at the ever usefull Encyclopedia
Mythica. I read this and thought of Neo instantly. I whould pick it
apart peice by peice, but I thought it whould be more fun if the fans
could do it.

Then I got a moronic responce from a member of "*CENSORED*, how dose this
relate?" because he was too short-sighted to see, so I had to do his
work for him.

Enoch, a pious teacher, scribe and leader of his people, is famed for the part he took in the tragedy of the fallen angels

Tomas A. Anderson was a respectable individual who always paid his
taxes, works for a respectable company, and helps his landlady carry
out her garbage.(teacher) Neo is a famous and powerfull hacker, coding
(scribe) various programs and has broken every computer crime socity
has a law for.(power) He is known for codeing programs, partaking in
the help of fallen individuals such as Choi and Djor who live for drugs
and moeny.

Living during a time of great sins, around the flood, he had visited
Heaven more than once. However, the time was ripe for a most
significant trip.

He has searched for a man named Morpheus, who lives in this other
world. A world that makes sence witch is nothing like the world he
lives in, a world that has gone wrong with authority enslavement (great
sin) and opression.(flood) He has glimpes at the truth mutable times
(visited Heavan more than once) but is now read to make the journy in
to the real world by taking the Red Pill. (the most significant trip)

One night, two angels woke him up and commanded him to prepare for his journey.

You could see this as Trinity and Agent Smith. Trinity being his grate
love and Smith as his enemy. Through his encounter with Trinity about
the truth and Smith conferming his belife of the false world, he is
freed fromt the Matrix and arives in the real world. Irconicaly, his
extraction from the world also takes place at night. :-p

They took him on their wings, and showed him all the Heavens and
their inhabitants, including a side trip to Paradise and to the place
of punishment and torture of the sinners, which strangely enough was
located not too far from paradise.

Using the Neb (wings) they visited Zion (the hevans) witch is not only
the Last Free City, but could be seen as a place of punishment to
cattle humans for the Matrix Reload. (place of punishment) witch whould
mean Zion is both the Heavan and Hell depending on the view. (not to
far from each other) On the other end, this could also mean Mobil Ave
as its next to the Machine world witch is close to source (heavan) and
it is connected with the Frenchman who owns Club Hel (plae of
punishment), each are not to far from each other. Or it could be a mix
of both.

He observed the activity of the sun and the moon,

A little bit of symbolisum. Neo first visits the Oracle`s apartment
durring a full moon in the begining of Reloaded.(moon) When Neo later
on travels to the Architect, the camera pulls away from the light to
reveal as star(sun) in a vast universe. The moon has always been
asociated with intuitive Feminity and the Sun as a god-like masculen
quality. There for, it could be read that he observed both the minds
eye of the Architect and the Oracle, the father and mother of the
entire world.

and made a visit of consolation to rebellious angels, the Grigori, succeeding in bringing them closer to God.

This directly reminds me of the Exiles (rebellious angles) in the
Matrix and the entire visit with the Merovingian at the Le Vari and
Cheatu. Lost with the connection to the soruce, Neo is responcable for
seperating Persephone and Mero from each other, leaving Mero searching
for his wife and re-thinking his possessions. He is later on reunited
with Persephone with Club Hel, symbolising that they are united once
again. It is through this "love" that Neo brings the Exiles closer to
source(god), witch is the means of how Neo uses love to distroy the
system.

After the tour, the great Angels Gabriel and Michael lead him straight to God's Throne.

Once again, Agent Smith now in Bane and Trinity (the grate Angles)
travle wiht him to the journey to 01 (God`s Throne.) Smith leads Neo in
a revalation of seeing the Machines as they realy are and Trinity
guides him through love to physicaly bring him there.

Sitting next to God, Enoch was instructed in wisdom, and using his
skills as a scribe, prepared three hundred and sixty-six books.

This I feel is symbolic of the entire Super Burly Brawl in witch ideas
are set into place (documented) and truths about the Matrix are
reveald. Through this whole time, Neo is in reality jacked-in next to
Deus Ex Machana (sitting next to God) through this whole fight.

When he learned everything, a most significant thing happened.

When all the ideas of Fate and Perpous are created, something odd
happens with Smith. He says, "Everything that has a Beginning has an
End, Neo." (a most significant thing)

God revealed to him great secrets -- some of which are even kept
secret from the angels! These included the secrets of Creation, the
duration of time the world will survive, and what will happen after its
demise.

While the Oracle (God) may not have told him exactly what was going to
happen and how it should happen, she did open the door and Neo walked
through it into his enlightenment.(revealed to him grate secrets) He
realised why life exist and why Humans do the things they do (because I
chose to, Creation), how to look at the world without time, (the
duration of time in the world) and what will happen after the Matrix is
distroyed and reloaded during the union between Neo and Smith(what will
happen after its demise).

At the end of these discussions, Enoch returned to earth for a
limited time, to instruct everyone, including his sons, in all he
learned. After thirty days, the angels returned him to Heaven.

After the fight with Smith (the dicussions), Neo let Smith devulged
into him, for a short while, and Smith absorbed him as a Smith. Thus,
Neo was now connected with everything in the Matrix that Smith took
over, Neo`s info just like the others absorbed into the Smith program.
(he returned to earth and instructed everyone in what he learned).
After thirty milliseconds being dead in the Real World, the Source
starts braking into Neo`s body. (The Angles return him to Hevan)

And then the divine transformation took place.

Simply this states what happend with the entire merging with Smith and the entire end of Revolutions.

Additional wisdom and spiritual qualities caused Enoch's height and
breadth to become equal to the height and breadth of the earth.

Through his wizdom of love, truth, and humanity, Neo bonded with the
Source, wich is the source of all that shadows everything including the
whole Matrix. (the height and breadth of the earth)

God attached thirty-six wings to his body,

Neo was connected with multable cables that when lighted up in source vission, resemebled two angelic wings.

and gave him three hundred and sixty-five eyes, each as bright as the sun.

Smith is a view of every person or program in the Matrix. (three
hundred and sixty-five eyes) As the source brakes through, the light
eminating is so strong they brake through the Smiths like a shell
starting with the eyes. (each as bright as the sun)

His body turned into celestial fire -- flesh, veins, bones, hair, all metamorphosed to glorious flame.

In source vission, he glowed with source that shone like fire,(body
runed into celestial fire) and out of each orface a light shone in the
Real World. (all metamorphosed into glorious flame.)

Sparks emanated from him, and storms, whirlwind, and thunder encircled his form.

Each Smith was distroied, the shards of the RSI sparkeled like sparks.
(sparks emanated from him) and in a wonderful overhead shot, we view
each Smith exploding like a thuderous wave. (encircled his from)

The angels dressed him in magnificent garments, including a crown, and arranged his throne.

Back in the now refomrmed Matrix, Sati creates an unreal sunrise in the
name of Neo (crown) and as the Garbage Truck ships Neo`s body out in
the Machine world (throne), he shines birghtly as the source flows from
him like cloath. (magnificent garments)

A heavenly herald proclaimed that from then on his name would no
longer be Enoch, but Metatron, and that all angels must obey him, as
second only to God.

The message that we now get is that Thomas Anderson has indeed became
the One he was ment to(no longer be Enoch, but Metatron), and now his
message of love, peace and free will are encoperated into the system
and be spread throught Zion and the Machine world with Zion
celeabrating and the Machines eyes turn peaceful grean. (all angels
must obey him, and second only to God 'source')

Dose anybody else besides me think this is cool?

Woah. Ty for the awesome post, very intriguing

I'd
never considered the connection between the two before, but it does
seem uncanny. Sorta makes me want to look into other "lost" scriptures
for parallels. o_0 Blows my mind that the Wachowskis managed to fit this level of symbolism into the films.
