That means, I guess in most times, that you have active "block".

Hmm, I'll make sure it's not on when I try to fight again. Thank you very much.

Sometimes your client will show an NPC in a certain position that differs from the servers idea of where it is. I've had this message a few times when trying to get into IL with an NPC and the message 'You cannot see the target' when trying to freefire. A few seconds later the NPC disappears and pops into an adjacent room.

It can also happen when changing between abilities and free fire when said attacks vary in range. To fix this version you just need to get close enough to the enemy that the shorter range would be able to hit. Of course, sometimes you get both this version and the version Vinia described happening at the same time.

Thanks alot everyone.
Ugh, a few more questions popped up if you wouldn't mind answering?
One, if I flag myself for PvP, how do I unflag/can I unflag?
Two, I can't duel because I'm on a mission team, yet I am not doing any missions. Why is this?
Three, I've been told/read that you can right click people to challenge them, but I cannot right click anyone for some reason. I can also not right click myself.
If you could answer these, it would help alot.

If you could answer these, it would help alot. 1) You unflag from not entering PVP combat for about 5 minutes, or by visiting a pacification zone (Such as the builiding next to the Roger's way central Hardline, down in the basement.)
2) Sometimes after doing missions/after trying to invite people to a team, you create a mission team that you stay on. To bring up the team panel, press the J button by default or click the phone icon in the bottom-center of your HUD, and click the big red "Leave" button. That will leave the mission team you are on. (Which may only be yourself.)
3) You have to right click the actual player, not their name or anything. You can't duel someone that way though. What you have to do is target them, then type /duel. If you want to stop a duel for any reason, type /duel stop.
