I have one question and one observation.

Will the QA server continue to remain available after the release of the new combat system?  So many things would benefit from this, like detecting the unexpected decay issues.  I feel like it would be tragic if the QA server were only to be used for testing the new combat system and then turned off.

And my observation: thanks for all the great times of the past year and a half that you guys have created.   You've kept the faith through corporate chaos, guys, and we all respect you for it.

That brings to mind some other questions about the way bars are used...
but it's more of a suggestion and probably not a proper question for
this thread. SMILEY

Hehe someone one starred me.

Actually more to add to Clubs would be NPC bouncers, more bluepills dancing theres like 3 or 4 in each club.

Maybe a random static club event that happens once a month in a specific club.

Getting to see the new combat system in the test server any day now is making me feel kind of like I felt in the days prior to the Star Wars Ep III release. Am I overreacting?

Are you referring to this thread?

If so... I think there are a lot of cool ideas.

Some of them, like the thing about having rep with certain contacts or
factions of contacts, would be kind of tricky. In addition to that, it
would be against the original design of the neighborhood contacts. The
design was always from the beginning, that your work with the Orgs
would affect rep, while the neighborhood contacts were bonus material
and anyone could play through all of it, regardless of what the story
implications are. And quite frankly, I like that... the more
neighborhood contact missions you play, the less assassination missions
you grind SMILEY

I really like the idea of breadcrumbing people around the city to the
different contacts. When I get a chance, I'm going to see if I can make
an item that adds a waypoint on your map.

Also, I don't know that anybody mentioned this, but if each of the
neighborhood contacts gave out a unique buffed item at the end, maybe
we could fill in the item gaps, as well as provide an extra incentive
to play the neighborhood missions.

To make a long story short (too late!) I think using email in ways to
promote the story, and to spread content more, is a very good thing.

And tell me if I read the wrong thread SMILEY

Will there ever be a way for players to redo, reread, or have some form of archived documentation concerning the older critical missions?

I'm not entirely sure if this counts as a "future release" question, since you guys might be planning to release documentations of older critical missions in a form that doesn't involve the game, such as the website or ... I don't know, Happy Meal giveaways. SMILEY

Well, since alot of us have already done all/alot of them, I think that this is a good idea, if 5 more missions are given from each contact, on top of the 5 they have. Don't get rid of the current ones like org missions, but rather, simply add more, at the end of which give the unique item.
