Apparently the subtitle was very general at the end, Sun actually says "I want to see you" at his tombstone, which can be taken to mean "I miss you." I thought the dates were fishy too... but hm. I'm not so sure if Jin'll pull a Mikhail. Remember, at Kate's hearing Jack stated that ALL of Oceanic 815 died except for the Oceanic Six. This we know is a lie... From all the "we have to go back" discussion between Jack/Kate and Jack/Hurley, I think it's more likely that most (including Jin, perhaps) are still alive. We'll see, though.

Good points, some things I didn't actually think all the way through. I was still all sniffly from the ending when I replied. SMILEY

If Jin is alive, then that's good -- at least in the marriage/family sense. It also brings more potential storyline into the mix (Yay); I do agree that the captain was very forthcoming, and to either trust the note (We don't know if Michael wrote it or not), or the captain himself (The show/characters rarely give straight answers)...

That episode was a little under-whelming in terms of a real quick pace and tension to it like previous mid season break episodes have had, but I suppose thats fair enough considering it wasn't a planned break until the writers strike. There was still a fair amount of questions raised though.

I guess the obvious one is, who shot Karl and Danielle? I think it was Ben who orchestrated it(what he said to Michael about not killing innocent people, Ben didn't kill Libby or Ana Lucia, but he sure as hell manipulated the situation into having little or no alternative) but I'm not so sure who actually carried out the shooting. There was obviously some hinting towards Keamy doing it as Frank and Keamy were away on an "errand" and we see him shooting targets on the boat, but I'm not so sure. I mean, in fairness his aim wasn't exactly great he missed like 3 targets. When Karl and Rousseu are shot, it seems like it's with rifles(the guns were silenced at least) or something, certainly high powered and takes skill to use although it might well have been them but Ben new fine well that they would have been there. At the same time, I don't see Frank being involved in this so that leads me to believe that they probably aren't involved. Maybe the Others? Though where would they get the equipment, I don't think we've seen them with such weapons.

The Captain seemed totally un-suprised when Sayid told him Michael was on 815. It's either poor acting or he's working with Ben too. Michael didn't look too worried either, his look was more of a "You shouldn't have done that, I told you not to trust the Captain" type look.

Tom being g.ay(Annoying forum filter) ? Saw that coming by the line he said to Kate "Let's just say you're not my type" and the way the line was delivered.

The preview for the next episode suggests Aaron is one of the Oceanic 6. If he is, I find that a little ridiculous, I suppose we'll see soon enough how they justify it. Also, screaming and monster sounds...looks like things will be picking up in episode 9 SMILEY

Oh, and I don't think Widmore planted the plane nor did he dig up peoples graves in Asia. Did the dead Pilot in the episode with the flashbacks with Faraday, Frank, Charlotte and Miles look Asian? Not to me.

I liked the episode, I trust Ben for some reason I believe Widmore is behind the plane in the trench. Just seems to make sense to me somehow with how it matches up with the fact that those guys on the boat are ready to kill anything that moves on the island. I think it was Keamy and Omar (and gang) who shot Karl and Danielle hence the whole "I'm Ben's daughter!" which saved Alex, the end was pretty crappy but I'll put that down to the mess of the writers strike. I loved the preview for the 2nd half of season 4... "Welcome to the war John." *cocks gun*

I figured it was because Ben said to her that she was in danger because of the freighter people, so she was under the impression that it was them. She probably wouldn't even know about Keamy or Omar, she would just know about Miles, Daniel, Frank and Charlotte.

Wow. I guess it was Keamy then. SMILEY

Still, wouldn't suprise me if Ben orchestrated it in some manner.

It's on Sky One, actually.

>_>

It used to be on Channel 4 until Season 3 kicked off last year, it's on Sky One for the rest of this series and the next I think.

Well I guess I shouldn't have edited it at all then. >_>  At least I was right! ... Kinda! SMILEY

(I'm stuck with watching it on ABC, i'm not on that side of the Atlantic!)

I prefer watching the American versions. The sound is sped up and sounds a little off when they bring shows over from America and air them here. Plus, if I watch the American versions I get to see them a few days earlier. >_>

Also, new sneak preview: http://spoilerslost.blogspot.com/20...-come_5516.html

I'm really struggling to resist reading spoilers for the first time. Withdrawl symptoms are getting the better of me ~_~

That's weird. You'd think they would be able to bring them over without sound issues... o.O

PAL Video frames fluctuate differently from NTSC ones. (Had to ask Tseng because I forgot XD)
