hm ok, a couple of things, post this first or again in redpill rescue, i think you'll get more help there. (i hardly ever come in this section) Another thing you can do is run a patch full system scan. You first launch it before you agree to the eula by clicking on it then hit agree, it then will restart the program. Then once again go in and click accept on the eula and begin to sign in, before you hit enter click the run full system scan option. then hit enter and wait. It should find all the bad files and replace them. If all else fail go to this link and talk to one of the technical support Representatives, they'll be more than willing to stick this problem out til its solved for you. (although they dont work on the weekends... :S)
