why are banned people on the leaderboard?

I have to agree..banned characters should not be listed....if they are banned from taking part in the game,they should also not be allowed recognition on the leaderboards.
Apart from Rogan, he didn't deserve to get banned and should have well more than me

Nonsense.
They are on the leaderboard simply because Rarebit doesn't know who exactly is banned. And checking the account status' of 300 players is a no-go.
Be glad this feature is available to players, don't critisize it too much.
