One of my favorite things about old horror movies is that the audience never really sees a lot of violence or gore. The camera would cut away, and all the audience would be exposed to is the dying screams of the victim. The violence was left for the audience to imagine for themselves. This image has the same feeling. The doctor is concealing the majority of the dead body, and we're left to imagine for ourselves the extent of what he has done.

Oh yeah.. That is definitely an excellent poster. =D
The face looks a bit strange in the bottom right part though.. Other than that it's awesome.
There should be a few club posters like this one on the walls around the city.
