Officer Viraconrida's disappeared. Her crew mate Escondido is our acting Cypherite liaison officer, effective immediately. We don't know much about what happened, but scan intercepts show that another of her crew mates, Khursun, was in the Matrix with her when her signal was last detected, and he jacked out just afterwards. We're doing everything we can to find her, but it looks like there may have been foul play, dears. Keep your fingers crossed for old Vira.

Khursun's acting quite shifty- worried that you Cypherites are going to kill or exile him.
I'm not sure whether it's a guilty conscience or if he's genuinely worried and paranoid, but he mentioned something about her being dead, and being placed on a ship with only one other person as a form of exile.
Either way, you've got one missing, and one nervous wreck.
Veil, seeing as Im one of the only active Cypherites left on Recursion, and a good friend of Viraconrida,I need to meet with you. She's the one that brought me into the Cypherites, I would hate to see anything happen to her. Khursun has been in contact with me about Vira, but never mentioned that he was jacked in at the same time when she went missing. I think we have some things to discuss...

All members of the crew were jacked in at the time of her dissappearence. She jacked out, and the rest of the crew began to check out a few hours later. When they did, she was gone. There were no signs of a struggle, no signs of another ship, no signs of a sentinel. The operator had his eyes glued to the screens and didn't see anything either.
It's not much, but it's what I've got. A few days after her dissappearence, Escondido and Khursun came to me for help finding her. Escondido seemed like the usual *CENSORED* that he is, and I honestly don't know Khursun too well to say whether he was acting strange or not.
