It's been my experience that you would need to cancel the Station Access, then when it expires, renew it with the new information. I think that due to the way SA works (can only be done on a recurring month to month basis, as opposed to subscribing for a number of months), it's done this way to keep things straight, and to minimize CS calls in the event that someone doesn't desire to play a specific game any longer and, if SA had been purchased for a set term, there'd be no way to drop it until expiration.
I'd personally just cancel and renew when you need to. It only takes a couple of moments.
sadly, i got double billed when i got a acess card, it asked me Bill now or When account ends, i done Bill now coz i was going to EQ2, and for some reason i got 2 bills at the same time, was angry but there was nothing i can do

The best thing for you to do is cancel subscription and renew it, i have seen that once u cancel your account you have aslong as u have paid for
eg bought it 15 june u cancel 17 june youve still got till 15 july
then i say u renew (with the new card) on the 15july to save u being double billed :smileyhappy:

The only place that you can change your account information is through the My Account link in the SOE header on all of it's pages (it's even right here on this page...Look at the very top.) When it comes to billing, though, you have to go through each individual game you are subscribed to to make any changes, and then only at the time the account is expired. If your account is Station Access, then your billing changes will be through the game you purchased Station Access on. Note, as I stated before, if your account is still active, you will need to cancel your account, let it expire and then use the new payment information to resubscribe.
If you do run into a billing problem, I would suggest contacting Customer Service. For the two issues I had in the past (one was because of my EQ1 account and it's unique status stopping me from doing something, the other was a problem encountered by putting in a game card number while the account was still active and it cancelled it), my problems have been handled quickly and efficiently by the person on the other end of the line. In fact, in the latter case, I called around 1PM Central time, explained my problem, got it resolved in less than 5 minutes, and was told it would take about 4 hours for the change to filter down to my account, which was fine, as I wouldn't be off work before than anyway. However, I got released early, went home and less than 2 hours after my call, the problem was taken care of and my account was usable.
im having a simliar sort of problem
