I recently had to reinstall the game, I have the way early discs. Once done I noticed that the launcher brought up the early EULA, and reads as having version 7.201 for both client and launcher version ( not sure what the current version is). No matter what I type in for user/pass is always comes up with error LO_UNEXPECTEDAUTHMSG. I'm out of ideas, and my game was working yesterday.

First of all had the discs you are using worked before?

And you should try the "Full System Scan"....

Full System Scan is a 2 stage process, did you follow the procedure listed here? :

My disks worked the first time I installed MxO, haven't used them again until the other day but everything in the MxO folder appears to be in place.

And I followed the directions of Full system scanning and it still did nothing, said my launcher was up to date, but I can not get past the login screen for it to patch (if it needs it) the rest of my files. As soon as i enter my user name and password it immediately comes up with the error.

There's two ways to download the latest patcher for MxO:

http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bi...hp?p_faqid=1812

and the new Station Launcher at the following link:

I hope this helps you.
Best regards,
Richard
