But LESIG is like a rusty bucket full of holes leaking information everywhere and TBH you and everyone else knows it.

The issue is with players who mainly play Syntax and Recursion getting wind of Vector events before the main Vector players do, because all the Vector liaisons are are from those servers.Sure, we all have the right to attend events on other servers. Nobody is breaking the rules by doing so. But when certain players on Vector, who are known alts from other servers, are given advanced notice of events over those players who play mainly if not solely on Vector, it's going to ruffle a few feathers. In all actuality, this applies to all servers. I'm sure there are some Recursion and Syntax players who wouldn't appreciate alts from Vector coming over and stealing the show on their servers.
Agreed.
As for the rest of this crap in the thread.. meh. I have a feeling most of the liasions aren't leaking. It's people that get to talk to liasions (and SCREW you if you say everyone can. I'm ignored by about 90% of liasions) - they find out about events..who tell their friends.. who tell their friend.. etc etc.
This is why the same group of people show up at every single event across all the servers. Good on them, put me on that contact list.
eh, i see your point but i cant really say much as i do the same, i have characters on other servers and like to get to as many events as possible, its how some of us get our 15$ worth per month >_OEDIT:Spelling corrected for forum trolls, who troll your posts for spelling mistakes, etc, etc..
Yair; eye height dat
I have to agree with DevillJohnny here.
I too have alts on all servers, granted they arnt level 50 but I do the same as stated
>.><.<
The fact of the matter is, we shouldn't have to have characters on all servers with alts in all orgs in order to have a chance at attending an event. If you have the time and patience to play the game to that extent, more power to you. A lot of us prefer to follow the story from one character on one server, for many reasons. Are we just S.O.L.?The issue is with players who mainly play Syntax and Recursion getting wind of Vector events before the main Vector players do, because all the Vector liaisons are are from those servers.Sure, we all have the right to attend events on other servers. Unless we want to go back to the "one character per server" model that the game started out in. I'm probably the only one who would be happy about that.
It truly is not fair to the Zion, and until recently, EPN, players who chose to remain primarily on Vector to have so little LESIG activity. I realize being an LO is time consuming, but as I and many others have said before: if you do not have the time or interest, then step down, and let someone else who *does* have the incentive to do the job have a crack at it.
Meh, I don't really care about events anymore. Nothing really matters, IMO.
That right there is the qoute of the year... RB should print this up and post it on his wall. It is the way that things have been run that has lead to long time players giving up, leaving the game, transferring to other servers, and basically giving up on getting any type of quality event on Vector. It has been this way for a long long time over here and the totallity of most of the players frustration and disappointment is what has lead to where things are now.... Thing are where they have been for a long time.... Nowhere.
I say print out those words and put them on your wall.

We're getting away from the OP, however, I agree with this post for the most part.
There's only so much players can do in terms of events and such like. Events need to immerse us and involve us in the story. Make it feel like our opinions matter and our actions have "cause and effect" as some french dude once said
