It almost seems like they were put there purposely to make the RSI hack mission trickier. I actually encountered a group of Furies where they shouldn't have been (don't remember exactly where, but they were out of place and untouchable.)

:smileyvery-happy: Hahahahaha out of place.

I beat that mish 3 times with no problem what so ever, it is very esy, the streets and side walks is the key to RSI hack.

I fail to see why that was so funny. I haven't failed the mission either, but I choose to take shortcuts; I just kill everything in the way on the way there.

Yeah lol when theres a group on a highway and you cant attack them and they kill your RSI hack dude, it gets personal, then you drop your gloves and go all out, forget combat style, this is WAR!

I want to know what's wrong with making npc's like us... eveade sheid, when it breaks we can interlock, they roll out and get 5 seconds (or whatever we do) then they have to re-cast evade to put sheild back up otherwise they are pwnt! fair's fair!

Balance means both sides have the SAME chance

That's the bonus about being a squirrel.  You're so tiny.

I think they should completely remove NPC Evade.  This might cause NPCs to follow you wherever you go, but at least you can own them whenever you want!

Without that evade thing, NPCs would still stop following you and then go back to their spawn point, except they wouldn't be invincible while doing it.

The original point of the evade system was so low levelled people can't shoot at NPCs from, say, a low roof or highway, and kill them so very easily. This, however, caused more problems than solved. They fixed it so that NPCs won't regen all of their health right away when evading, but this still doesn't fix the problem of NPCs sitting around completely invincible. Now they sit around, invincible with a quarter of their health left.
