I didn't get my buddy key

Hi I'm starting this thread for people who were suppose to get a buddy keys but didn't. I being one of those people, I don't know why I didn't get one because I got one last time and my email hasn't changed. I've gone back and looked at my account and my email is correct on the Matrix Site and the SOE website.

I'm hoping this problem can be resovled because I'm admin a website and we started a tread so people can request buddy keys located here:

Please SOE can I get my buddy keys so I can pass them on to these people who have been waiting.

I did not receive any as well, and made sure I was signed up for the newsletter thingamajig that I needed to be signed up for to receive it months ago.

I signed up for the newsletter at the very beginning, and I got buddy keys the last time a giveaway occurred. I've made absolutely no changes to the newsletter setting. Yet I didn't get them either. The only thing I got is a newsletter about the Block Party, and that was a few days ago.
