Any chance of reanimating Neo's mind-corpse for the final event?  I remember hearing some people saw Neo flying around in the old days.

There is no Neo model unfortunately.  The reports of him flying around during beta were over-exaggerated.

Weren't there more of these (evidently false) reports during The Race for Neo, as well, or am I making that up?

Been confirmed by the Effectuator at Halloween, if that counts for anything There are no Neo models other than the green-code RSI in Gracy Heights.
