Oh, I'd get rid of the gender restriction on clothing.

Needing to have Operative , Soldier ect abilities equipped to even load anything else. Just start out with the important stuff and get rid of the waste of space. Like I said before it would really open up the entire combat system from level 1 - 50.

The more I thought about it...

PvE and the loot system needs an overhaul as well.

A random loot generator would be great... Much like what D2 offers.

I can't pick just one, But Top On my list is I'd redo the Coding and Clothing So that clothing that was Obviously Not sex related Such as Hats, Basic pants, shirts, Gloves and Glasses were Not gender specific (Although I would leave dresses etc as OBVIOUSLY not for men, lol) and codeing would go as Follows.

            An article of clothing drops say .... Armored Red Kavich Boots... You click upon the item, Hit Decompile tool and You gain the capability to Now compile Kovich boots... (The color would be chosen by the coder when he/sh coded it), You find another Armored Red Kovich Boots... You click on it and Click upon the Decompile tool, And Hmmm It didn't give you boots But It taught you the codes taht tell the matrix that this item adds +6 Ballistic Resistance....

           This theme would allow Coders MORE use... As some might know abilities that Others don't, Although basic things would be common enough, also People could look how they wanted (No more seeing people with ugly yellow boots, red Pants, Green jacket And pink shirts, lol well Unless they WANTED to look that garish, lol) and still be able to function on missions. When you sit down to Code the Clothing it could be a set difficulty for the Article of clothing, Plus a Modifier for what ability is On the Clothing, with a Set maximum of what number of Modifications could be done, Based on the Coders Skill. Certain Abilities (For example the Jacket given by one of the collectors has an Ability of 25% chance to heal for 40-70hp on being hit) Could be drop or Collection only, as they would be a BIT much to just hand a Coder to be able to put on anything they wanted.. I Think these changes would also give the hackers and Coders more survivability instead of HAVING to level up as a Operative and THEN becoming a hacker/coder to group or play at later levels... The Loadout Switching is Great, Although I avoid it eccept to switch between combat ready and Coding ready (I like crafting lol sue me)... I think Matrix could be MUCH Closer to what It's Site and Box and Everything Promises... it has A good base system, just needs some tweaks and fast to be really anything more than surviveing on the market..

     Change two would be, Remove the unequiping of guns when codeing or Hacking, It's bad enough you have to click it again twice to get it to start firing again after you cast a Code... But to have to go in or hotbutton equiping a gun, or even macroing it, it's just more agrivating then needed. It's either that or Rethink Hackers and coders so that they don't even use guns etc... lol I think the removal of unequiping the gun or Looking at the ui functions again would be easier and better though lol

This is probably my #2. Having to keep a number of clothing sets in my inventory simply to change between a look I like and a look that works in gameplay is frustrating. At Level 42 my combat gear makes me look like a commando pimp. That's a far cry from my customary black trench and fedora.

Applying a set of buffs to any article of clothing would be ideal.

A revamp of the mission system using ideas I've had over the years. Oh and a revamp of the marketplace with a search function, category clean up, confirmation box etc.

1: Make it possible for character names to be changed

2: Ability to get Beta clothing back if you've deleted it.

3: More items like the Burning Eye Trench, donate a 1$ to MxO fund get a sweet prize.
