Patching Issues

I have just tried to download the launcher patch and I keep getting the following problems

"Patch system error (result code -30):

Unable to move/rename a file (access restriction or or read - only)."

Thought I would see if anyone knew here before I submit a ticket

If on Vista make sure you are running the game as an Admin

If you are on XP make sure the install folder and all subfolders files are not "read only"
