Dilemma

OK, when I added MxO onto my previous, old, cancelled station account
which I used to play SWG with I am pretty certain that I selected
Station Access at the bottom of the list during the process. However,
when I log into my account information @ station.sony.com it shows no
subscription to anygame, or package deal and yet I can still log into
MxO?

I may have overlooked several announcements mind you, so please go easy SMILEY

It may be a bug in the system but I'd like for you to get in contact with customer support when you can as they can discuss account issues easier than we can on the forums here. Thanks!

As far as i'm aware, you can't yet see MxO on the Sony Station website. This is why we have to use the link provided from the launcher to register our new accounts.

I'm sure once things settle down it will be added to the website so you can view it in your Station Access Area.

I can't vouch for this really, as i went for a single game on an old Station ID. Even so i have the same issue, can't see the MxO subscription in my account details/subscription area. But, it should be put up there in due course.

Thanks for the input, however from what I understand it should show up under the "My Account" section of the www.station.sony.com website.

Erm....just checked my account and it didn't show up. The only way to tell right now is to contact customer support.

If you done the transfer right and use this page (https://secure.station.sony.com/mxo/details.m) you can login and it will tell you your account and billing info.

Umm Joel, I just noticed on your sig the link to go to station.sony.com is messed up, I would say your missing a : between the http and the // SMILEY

might want to check that out...hehe

Hmm...funny as I didn't change that...Must be the helper monkeys working on that. I'll look into it.
