Arwang is a legandary Exile, who was cast in to oblivion by the Merovingian....or so he thinks.
We, the Cult of Arwang, know that our fallen lord will one day rise again to shower this city in his power. We seek to find and restore Arwang to his former power and dispose of filthy Zion cave dwellers and the Merovingian along with all those who serve him instead of the exiles true master. Arwangs seed will penetrate your mind and fill it with nothing but thoughts of victory.
Arwang will rise again. I believe that the movement of Arwang will grow to be loved by all peoples. As a decendant of the Cult of Mara, I support the love and dedication shown to Arwang by our Exile friends. Those that stay loyal will be showered with his gifts. I will therefore begin to work closely with them to make sure that the movement of Arwang never ceases, that Arwang will indeed one day be freed from his prison of torture.
