K, this is really to be getting a pain. I've started to level a new character, I've been mostly doing Archive Missions.
However, on most of them, if i take a step out from a Mission Zone (To regen HP from fighting NPCs) they seem to walk out of
the Mission Zone. You can catch a few of 'em, but if you have a Mission: Where you've got to kill all the bad guys, you get like 8 of them walking out the bloody door and you can NEVER kill them all in time, when their out walking in the street that is. But, yeah. It's really getting to be a pain.

Go to 0,0,0 on your map, you'll find them there.

I gotta get a screenie of this sometime.  I've had multiple NCP's take a walk on me, but never knew to go look for them there...I usually just reset the mission.  That'd be hilarious to see a hoard of NPC's from everyone's missions all walking in circles at 0,0,0.

Usually they just stand there not walk around in circles. SMILEY

(This only works in Richland) Go to the Mara West Hardline and head north by northeast toward the 0,0,0 coordinates.  If you are closer to the Origin point than the Mara West Hardline, then you can use the /hardline command which, for some odd reason, marks the Richland/Westview Origin as a Hardline on two of the three servers. Your mission NPCs will be heading for here, too.  If you just stand around long enough, you'll see some very strange things happen at this place.  I've seen NPCs appear or disappear and I've even seen rifle gunfire appear out of "nowhere" at this place.  It's "the haunted sidewalk" of MxO.  Beyond!

Just to clarify, the NPCs go to 0,0,0 no matter what area you're in and no matter what server you're on.  Of course, 0,0,0 in International is in a completely different place than 0,0,0 in the Richland/Westview area... and I'm not sure if any of the spooky stuff happens outside of the Mara 0,0,0  lol

This happened to me once, in International, only I got lucky and managed to kill the last guy dead as he walked out of the building. Also happened once in Tabor Park. Most other times I had this happen, I had to restart the mission because the last guy got himself lost.
