Missing Interlock interface.

When I'm in-game and I enter interlock mode, the combat interface isn't there. There are no visible video glitches or anything, but my attack is set on "Speed" and I can't choose a different attack type (I think the hotkeys are the directional keys, but even they don't work). I can still use the abilities on my hotbar, just not regular combat moves. Any suggestions to this problem?

The interlock combat interface was removed a year ago with the combat revamp.
Reason for this was to give players a better view of play, instead of obstructing their view with a dozan UI's.

When ingame if you press 'O' or click on the button next to your compass and click 'abilities', you should see a list of all your abilities e.t.c
Well you drag you tactics like 'speed', 'power', 'grab', 'block' e.t.c onto your hotbar.

It took up alot of room, so to compensate us having to drag our tactics onto our hotbar we were given 2 hotbars SMILEY
