Update 59 Hotfix - Tuesday, March 25th

On Tuesday, March 25th at 4:00 AM Pacific Time the servers will go offline for a hotfix and should return to service within 3 hours of shut down.

Sort of stealthing this one out, but the included updates should include the following:

- Fixed the missing FX on the Smith Firewall Candy
- Fixed luggables getting stuck in the trash on the garbage barge in Datamine
- Datamine Tap luggables can no longer be traded
