Why no Matrix banner on Station.com?

Their website has been updated with details of PSP games, however still no MxO banner...

I would hope that they we waiting for the latest patch to bring some new content before they start advertising it, and to be honest, I wouldn't be suprised if they offer, for example, a 2-4 week trial period to existing Station Access account holders who don't currently play MxO

I think that in light of how much has came with the latest patch, i'd much rather SOE focused their attention on continuing to make much-needed improvements for the existing players before channelling all of their efforts into attracting new ones.

One good thing is, that when they do finally start trying to tempt Station Access/SOE gamers over, they will more than likely dangle a little carrot... not sure if that would be some form of event, similair to what they did with the Hunt For Morpheus/Friends And Family trial... but fingers crossed it'll be something that benefits both new players and existing ones alike.

The last thing I'd want to see is something like what they have done with SWG, in that they reward all new players with possibly the best landspeeder in the game... although I do LOVE that as a SWG noob, it'd kinda suck if mxo newbies received some uber-exclusive item while existing players miss out.

SOE is just beign a wuss and is using us as guinea pigs. They are afraid to post up that they own MxO and that it is on the Station Access. If MxO fails they will never mention us. If MxO succeeds then they will come to take all the glory and put us on the web site. Have some dignity, balls and pride and put us on the web site. lol No offense it is just obsered.

there's a small banner at the top that mentions it now, but when you click it, it takes you to some everquest site about what i'm assuming is the latest retail everquest expansion. looks like they're thinking about it, though, at least.

looks like that banner is gone, now, though. as it's been replaced with one from that retail everquest expansion, i'm assuming having one for the matrix there was a mistake in the first place.

Any game with an indefinate ending and frequent updates is "incomplete". So yes, I would.

There has been a Matrix banner at the TOP of the Station Access listing for a few days now. Still there, I just checked. http://www.station.sony.com/stationaccess/

Maybe that other banner was just part of a typical rotating banner scheme.

And maybe we'll see more mention of MxO after they get things more integrated. For instance, maybe after we can finally see our MxO account on the Station My Accounts page.

As a major SWG player, I heard about SOE taken over Matrix online a while back due to a news section on the main SWG site, plus when you sign on the station.com site and click the drop down of games matrix online was there. Give them some time as they only took over a few weeks ago, once they covered certain areas big changes will come.
