Well, I think we can safely say it isn't a new neighborhood or district now. That's kinda disappointing. I was looking forward to going hardline hunting.

And I also think it looks much better with the city skyline left in place. It just seems like a big platform in the sky now.

Well, its not a proper district... but with all the furniture and whatnot, I doubt this will be a traditional construct (its too beautiful to be pvp mandatory! Please?!),

But the big section of broken bridge in the middle of the water would be perfect for "King of the Hill" pvp events. SMILEY

King of the Hill? "King of the Barge" or "King of the little ship at the north end of the construct"! ^_^

Aw man say it ain't so! Well at the very least we know stuff can be built, I wonder why though they didn't create it as a new district though....
