I'd imagine the latter Cloud. Or abilities not used on you won't show.

But those darn Hit/Hit animations still aren't fixed! They're still there, and they're STILL annoying!

Yup, you'll still get all the messages about what your abilities do to other people, or what theirs do to you. You just won't get the constant spam that says "Building Security uses an ability."

It's an auth server client/server mismatch. Nothing is wrong on your end. Just give it a few more minutes and it should download the patch.

Incompatible Client Version means the new patch hasn't been fully uploaded to the patch server (at least in this case).
