In the end game notes on the worlds where she was killed for the kill code (machine), memory modules were mentioned. Perhaps she would return as a reconstructed RSI.
Zion might also reconstruct her RSI from those modules.
Any thoughts?

That's
an interesting, if not a little hopeful, thought. Zion, the
Merovingian, and the Machines would all want Neurophyte, as on at least
one of each server they all got her (Except maybe the merovingian I
think)and restored her and on others they killed her to obtain the
killcode. So SOE is faced with the problem of: first, do we keep her
alive, or keep her dead. And once that problem is sorted, they have to
think, who do we give them to? And for what reason can we justify it.
So more likely than not, they will probably have her killed, it is
seeming more and more apparant, even though the storyline was much more
interesting with her in it.
But still remember, there are still 3 worlds, which will have 3 different outcomes and seperate storylines, hopefully.

Why was Neurophyte's RSI changed on method? She used to have longer blonde hair but during the last event it was short black hair? I have been trying to find some information on it but I never have

I believe it's simply her "machinist" look.

My theory is that her "machinist" look has something to do with the manner in which she was saved. According to what she told us during the event, the killcode she carried somehow bonded to her during the recovery process. Not only did it enhance her, but it also altered her consciousness in some manner.
I don't want to speculate too much, but we all know who had the short black hair and is no longer with us.
But it could be just over-analyzation on my part. It might just be her "machinist look", as Romav stated.

But she was saved on Iterator, with the killcode bonded, and kept her old look. Only, she was saved by Zion.
The thing is, if the machines saved her and had her live in the machine city, being retaught everything and retrained, then she's going to think like a machinist would. Thus, her RSI would change because she thinks of everything, including herself, differently.
Your RSI is only what you make of it.
But going back to the beginning of this thread, I too am wondering what Neurophyte is going to be like on the merged servers, or if she's going to be in the story at all anymore. On Iterator, she used the killcode on the red eyed Agents until they created a counter-measure tool against the killcode, thus making it completely useless. She also wasn't in the Novalis II event at all, which makes me wonder if she's a scrapped character now.

PigeonKing, I think it was Walrus who stated "Neurophyte has not been
forgotten" or something along those lines. It was either him or Brenlo
I think. Either way, we know she will at least have a mention again in
the future.

Well, perhaps in a future Live Event, if there is one, we'll have to again decide Neurophyte's fate. Or she'll die. Either way.
