Alright, I just tryed getting on, I select the server i'm on.
Everything appears normal then when in the "loading area" I get a
message saying "Character is already in use blah blah blah". WHAT
THE HELL?! I'm not signed in any where else.

A few others are having the same problem, you need to talk with customer support.

typically, you would get that message after getting disconnected or after closing the game client improperly. your character would still be active for awhile before it timed out and you wouldnt be able to log in again while it was still active. however, i assume that there must be some other sort of problem at work here.

You should definitely contact customer support if this issue is continuing. Moving to Tech Support so they're aware of it.
