I think this fix just covered XP, not Vista.

This was for XP with the use of some useropts commands. It has reduced my lag by half in some instances inside offices, however it isn't eliminated.
BTW, any visual issue with Vista, is just Vista related, not 8 series nvidia related.

This fixed the indoor lag issues I was having on my ATI card as well.
