Was in the Sakura Archive last night.  I was on a full team of
Zionists.  We were farming poor Tengu, we had 4 Arbs, a knife
thrower, and another operative.  Well, a couple of machines and/or
Mervs showed up (sorry, I dont remember names or affiliations), and
made the night quite entertaining.  One was a kick-butt knife
thrower.  He could move really well.  Of the roof, pow! pow!
one dead teammate, and he was gone.  He offed like 3 of our
people, and for awhile we were in dissaray.  He had me down to
about 10% health at least 3 times.  We only got him after I hid
around a corner where he really couldnt see me, and finally got him
with the oft-hated stun.

You just have to admire someone with that kind of skill.  Just sorry I cant remember your name!

Glad to see someone enjoying pvp, and not complaining. ^^

I miss Sakura.. it was awesome, Tengu was cool, and the pvp was great.

bricxx, I'm glad you enjoyed that night of PvP in Sakura as much as i did.  It was great fun!  You were fighting pretty well out there, too, and it makes my day to see someone treating pvp like a good sport.

Good luck getting that bandana!  I won't interrupt your farming any more!

I miss Sakura, I think I was one of the few people that got lvl 42 in there. I got 2 bandanas, and killed more zionists than I can even remember. Good times in that construct, good times.

Long live Sakura. SMILEY

Ahh, Trex, that was it!   The man with all the moves.
Can finally remember the name now.  And don't worry, should you
choose to make another night in Sakura interesting, I certiainly won't
object.  I believe that the archives, especially on a non-hostile
server, are there for a reason.  We utilized them to their full
extent that night.  But, I wont be able to go there (Sakura) much
longer myself, if I keep up with the levels.

Thanks again, and see you on the other side!

Yah
dave, you are right, thats how I fight right now.  I have
to.  I havent spent alot of time in PvP, and honestly, Im not that
good at it.    Sorry you dissaprove.  We had superior
numbers, we had more Arbs, and it wasnt fair.  But Trex still
managed to get more than his share of kills.  A testament to his
skill.  If he hadnt been too tired (IRL), he probably would have
came back and whaked us again.  Come on into the Archive some
time, and maybe you can outdo him!

Well this seems like the place for it so i'll give some props to a merv
on recurssion named Polarization who completly pwned me and a fellow
zionite one nite in ashencourte (yes us lower levels can have some PvP
fun to)

After realising that she was wearing a sneak jacket and stunning us
when we wern't even aware of her location many great and tactical
battles ensued but she always seemed to have the better of me so
congrats polarization and i can't wait for my shot at payback.

I'm glad there are at least a couple Zion out there who would
rather say "Hey man, good fight!" rather than the usual "I was just
farming a-hole!1!!!11one" or "You ba***** go f*** yourself! You need to
die a horrible death from AIDS!!!!"

Keep defending Sakura and you'll keep giving me something interesting to do. =)

Yeah Rogue, I like PvP in the constructs.  Ive been there the last
few nights.  Thursday was great, alot of PvP.  I stayed there
for like 5 hours.  Contrast that with Friday night.  When I
arrived, there were a bunch of Zions, a bunch of Mervs, and one
Machine.  But no PvP.  Everyone was getting along splendidly,
taking turns farming Tengu.  I'm not one to rock the boat, so I
just played along.

I didn't die once.  But I didnt have NEARLY as much fun.  :smileysad:

In response to Rogue:  I think an issue arises, though, when someone is obviously not participating in PvP... just attacking someone out of the blue is just plain lousy.  Yeah, you might get a laugh, but if you consider yourself a first-rate PvP, you'd serve them notice first.  No need to give away your location, but there's more honor in that, regardless of your org.

And let there be a special place in hell for someone who ganks an opponent who is obviously neither participating in PvP nor even a reasonable skill match.   I don't care how good you think you are... you're still a dic*.
