Is it possible to submit multiple tickets at a time?

Short answer: No.
Long Answer: add as many "o" as you wish to the short answer.

I for one, wish they'd change that, especially if you need report conduct violations by multiple players for multiple reasons or such similar incidents. One ticket is way too few.

I just added on to the same ticket when I was reporting ppl. they all
were doing the same exploit so I guess it was okay. But I do
think it sucks that you cant add screenshots and make multiple tickets.

Agreed. For Vector, it's easily possible to find 5 situations in an hour when you could CCR.. but now I have to wait a couple days for my ticket to be dealt with, before I can CCR another perma-sneak or hardline-floater.

You can't post multiple tickets but you should be able to post comments on your current ticket just in case you have another issue that needs assistance.
