We've repro'd it. What we've found is this happens to abilities that require a state effect on your target. If the state wears off after the ability is activated, but before it is queued, the ability no longer works. You can try and activate it again, but all you get is a few blinks, then nothing.If you use an ability with a state-requirement and it fails with the message that the target has to be in X state to use this ability, that's when this issue arises. It has been seen before, but for some reason is more prevalent recently.We'll hotfix this as soon as we can get a fix for it.
