The trailer is here..
I have to admit, this looks interesting!
Ohhh Looks pretty cool.
the movie is flawed... Between those 6-8 kids, in today's world, there should be at least 3 guns, and 27 cell phones. And the no signal excuse is not an option anymore.

Heh,so true..
I think both the Teaser and Trailer look both pretty decent I liked the fact that they plan on having Jason wear his 'hood' (Glimpse seen in the Trailer just before the '6' appears unless i'm seeing things) that he wore in 'Friday the 13th part 2' before he got his iconic hockey mask in the following sequel and the fact that he has a bit of speed about him in the early sequels.
However remakes these days just flat out suck considering last years 'Halloween' remake/reboot but it's always best to keep an open mind. Must say I would have preferred a sequel to the original series wouldn't have hurt much as many fans would have liked to see the Tommy Jarvis protagonist go head to head again or maybe another Freddy vs. Jason flick but hey with the 'Nightmare on Elm Street' series getting a remake/reboot too we might see another flick like that in the future .
Thats one thing I always liked about any horror movie villian but when you break it down a horror movie wouldn't be the same these days without teenagers running from a walking villian, falling over then two seconds later the villian would standing over them waiting to get the kill shot. One of many horror cliches that is loved by everyone .

Pretty much. The need to remake movies these days seems to be abundant among Hollywood writers/directors/producers.

Probably because they hardly know how to be 'Original' anymore; thus they are just lazy remaking things that have been done already
or make a Totaly random excuse of a thing for a movie Like Monopoly. Yes thats Right they are making that i kid you not

I could see monopoly being a film. Remember the movie Clue? That was pretty well done. Also Jumanjia granted it was a book about a board game but none the less its around the same lines as a Monopoly movie.
Now Operation the movie would be gory and a bit of bad taste.
2012 Mouse Trap: The Movie
They should also do a direct to DVD Version of this monopoly starring snoop dog and the dad from Friday.
And the no signal excuse is not an option anymore.
Never tried using Optus in Australian rural areas then I take it
EDIT: ARGH I'm sick of the rubish mobile and data networks this country has. And K.Rudd wants introduce a net filter that will only drop speeds and raise costs. He's lucky gamer's bullets can't do real damage or UT3 fans would storm parlament house.
