Interesting. For the love of me i cannot remember who this style of art reminds me of. His names right on the tip of my tongue. Im getting the letters A and maybe D :s i'll find out. I'm sure my old art teacher would skelp me around the back of the head for not getting it. Its the clocks and Time references that are doing it.
I'll find out soon and pay her a visit. (:
Edit: After a quick think i was actually spelling his last name: D, a, l, i. ^^ Salvador Dali.
Just one example of his work:

That's funny you bring him up, I went to college in St. Petersberg, Florida, where there is the Salvidor Dali museum. But as an 18 year old at the time, art museums didn't interest me much. I think I went with my class as a Freshmen but details are hazy. It was a long time ago. But now, if I ever go back to St. Pete., I'd like to check it out since my appreciation for art has increased exponentially. Melting clock FTW!
PS your pic isn't showing for me
Nothing to see here, folks.
When it's cookie time...all the time.
The D2O 28: 32 on the triangle warning sign made me wonder if it's a Bible reference...
Sure enough:
May thy sons and daughters be given to another people, thy eyes looking on and languishing at the sight of them all the day, and may there be no strength in thy hand. Deuternomy 28: 32, Douai-Rheims translation.
Retooled to refer to the Machines taking the human survivors of the last war, or their offspring for batteries??

I believe it comes from a poem by Hughes Mearns, but there seems to be different versions of it:

This verse, titled "Antigonish" was written by William Hughes Mearns in 1899. William Hughes Mearns, better known as Hughes Mearns (1875-1965) was an American Educator and Poet. He wrote two books which are credited for fueling the educational trend of creative writing. A longer version of this poem, found on en.wikiquote.org starts and ends with the verse you cited but has this verse in between: "When I came home last night at three/The man was waiting there for me/ But when I looked around the hall/I couldn't see him there at all!/Go away, go away, don't you come back any more!/Go away, go away, and please don't slam the door... (slam!)"
Absolutely nothing to see here. Move along.
