We ain't trying to force any sort of merge. We're just putting our input into this thread.
Most of vectors current players haven't opted for non hostile, donno where you got that from. Some, aye (not that many that i know of tbh.) Just alot have quit in the past. Some returners as of late, and been fun.
I can agree with you about the subs, but well, we'll see soon enough.
See when you log into vector, you do not know how many people are logged on. I pretty much do though. (Hate it when people do that lol can't tell whos on unless you have every person on your buddies.) So you logging on and saying its dead, prob more the fact that its bunches of people scattered round the city farming. Vector does have events btw. One running right now and well theres always the Vector Olympics and other stuff throughout the year.
If there was ever a server transfer option, i would hope to see some people come over. Obviously the ones that more want to pvp.
Yeah Ville your right about the whole being red = consequences and keeping people in line, well most... All servers have their bad apples.
Knowing in our luck, it would be all the trash talking scubs that would come over ha ha
The CODEMAN's statement was inaccurate. I hate the other servers. I was born on Vector, (Enumerator) and that's where I'll stay. You want to stay in carebear land, than stay. It's simple.
Well following this thread it appears that most pushing for a merge are from Vector. If folks want to come over there more power to them. Let em' build a new character. As for the population, I ain't sayin' that I have everyone on my list, but I have alot and hardly ever see em online. So by observation, I'm saying Vector appears to be the least populated server. You don't agree? Fine.

Codeman, did you read through the thread or just read the last 2 pages? I think theres only been about 6 or 7 Vectorites posted in it. And everyone has said pretty much, one hostile one non hostile with a chance for transfer.
And no, i don't agree with vector being the least populated atm. For a while back, it was defo Reccy. Might hvae changed now though.

No I'm looking out for Recursion players. I have a 50 and 2 30's there and it's too bad they're collecting dust. The option should be for me or any other players who are sick of jacking into an empty server to move over to a bigger server, either non-hostile or hostile. Just one single superserver seems appealing to some right now, but I don't think it would be appropriate at this point in time, for some of the reasons you describe. No reason there shouldn't be two servers, one hostile one nonhostile. Simple, easy, elegant, commonsense solution.

The point of having other areas besides Mara is because a) Not everyone is interested in PvP. If they were they'd be on Vector. b) ALL of the games content is spread out throughout the other districts (mission contacts, collectors, etc.) c) If players are inclined to create story content or other artistic projects using the game, it'd be a pretty lame project if it was all done in Mara.

I'd like to throw my hat into the Pro-Merge ring. Recursion population is just pathetic nowadays, and either people need to start jacking into Recursion more often, or Syntax and Recursion needs to merge.
