"Save the cheerleader..Save the world"

I have been watching this show since it started and I'm loving the whole build up and story development.
The characters are fantastic though I'm alittle confused about tonights episode which was suppose to tell you where they got their powers.

Am I missing something or did it not really tell us anything other then more of the plot.
They seem to still already have the powers.

Also whose your favorite character and why?

I like Heru(Sp) and Nikki.Nikki cuz we don't know if she's evil or not, the doppelganger.
Heru cuz he's funny and so lovable.

One thing I will say its very unique. A superhero show based in reality, I love it.

My favorite character is the cheerleader chick frankly I think the show is corny but shes kind of hot. Have they shown any skin? If so I may watch it if Im really drunk and nothing but informericals is on.

Yes this show is fantastic!

Sylar is pretty wicked. Well........he's no hero but he is a badass.
I also like Hiro. Was awesome when he came from the future with a samurai sword on his back hehe.

So how did they get their powers then?

Cuz they seem to already have them still..Sylar how he get that guys power? Steal his brain?

I just started watching the show because of this thread (thankfully NBC has them all on their website). Enjoying it so far.

*Edit* OK so I only found the first episode on the NBC site. Could someone tell me where I could get the second? I don't see it on youtube. Thanks SMILEY

Yeah Midnight.....I have no idea lol. That episode didn't shed any light on anything heh. One minute Sylar was fixing watches the next he smashes some dudes head in. I missed a few minutes of the show though due to my boy taking my attention away so maybe I missed something. I don't think so though. SMILEY

I'm likin' the show as well. It seems as though they may be takin' a fresh approach to "common" powers. I'm still a bit worried on how they handle time travel. I think bending space and time will be a make it or break it feature of the show. All the character's and the way they confront their powers are great. The only exception, for no reason in particular, is the cop. There's just somethin' about him that makes me hope he's the one that gets killed in the next episode.

I hope you've been keepin' up with Hiro's Blog. It caters to a wide variety of geek-dom in the writings. Also, don't forget the online graphic novels that contain easter egg links on most pages.

*EDIT and spoilers*
Keep in mind that Hiro's Blog is somewhat out of "chronological order" as he posted in the "past".
And as far as the graphic novels, Claire's has the biggest easter egg link.

if u miss last nights episode midnight they usally run reruns on scifi friday Nights
