Severe Account Stuck in use Bug...

Okay first off i know theres a link to email support... But i have tried email support and chat support now and they both have reseted my account. It seems that neither of these things have helped me log on my account at all. So what i think the problem is , is it might be my cpu. That is the only thing that i can come up with that or email support and chat support are lieing about resetting my account.With that said heres a more in-depth on how my account is...Some times when i log in i will have to try to log in about 20 times until i can finnally get into MXO...
But other times it just wont work so i end up trying to log into one of my alts and "sometimes" it works nad i can play on one of my alts... Other times the only way i can get into mxo is by creating a whole new character. But i do not wanna play with a lvl 2 character i want to play with either one of my 50's or an alt...
This bug has been bothering me for about 2 weeks now and has just gotten worse over time...

Unfortunately, I can't fiddle with accounts from the forums. There's just too much uncertainty involved. You could be in the game and playing without problem and then I could "unlock" the account and it'd boot you out of the game.

It'd be better if you submit a /ccr request (or use the in-game support's email service: support.station.sony.com/petition if you can't get into the game) and work with them on resolving this issue.

You may be suffering from something some other people have suffering from. I dunno if yours is the same, but a possible solution is mentioned here:

Quick and dirty summary of the thread. You might be accidentally logging in twice. This is due to some weirdness in how the launcher responds to double clicks. The solution, select your character with one click(If not already selected) and then hit the connect button. It should work just fine.
