Ive contacted you multiple times this week about a problem that has occured. Befor the patch i had a sqaud leader shirt in my inventory. It has one yellow circle of stability and 2 more green circles of purity. I am completely aware that items decay and lose stability in the matrix. However, the sqaud leaders shirt is a repairable item. If it had broken while sitting in my inventory, which honestly i do not understand how it could happen, than it would be a broken item with 2 more green circles of purity. I know this because i have a pair of torturers gloves in my inventory that have lost thier stability and are currently still in my inventory while i am unable to equip them untill i am able to repair them.

 

I sent a ticket the day after when i noticed the item missing.  The response was a typical customer service response telling me that items decay in the matrix. If you looked at the facts, the item could not have decayed to the piont to where it was removed from my inventory. A point i made several more times to your staff. After the item had gone missing i talked to others about what happened and found out i am not the only one who has had items mysteriously missing and vanishing from thier inventory in which sometimes they reappear or sometimes they do not. In fact , prior to this, i had a strage happening with my pair of widows moor lenses in which i could not trade or repair or wear them even though they said they were broken. after relogging the stability came back from nothing (it still had purity) and i was able to wear them again. I am quite aware that the game is flooded with bugs, but my biggest problem wasnt the bug but the level of customer service i recieved trying to fix thi. One of your GMs actually told me not to contact you about this anymore and that the problem had been marked as settled. Even though others had told me to send bug reports about this (which i did as well).

 

I have been a long time player and am completely disgusted at how you treat your customers and players. Before soe took over, monolith was excellent at handling problems with players. Now i hear about people having to ticket seven times to get a response when they were missing thier mobius code or etc.

 

And do not get me wrong. I am not saying i hate the matrix or etc. This is a good mmo and it has great potential. But when the people in charge of handling probelms or bugs blow of thier customers, the ammount of happy customers and customers in general is going to decrease greatly.

 

If you too have had bugs or problems with your inventory or the CS/ticketing system im asking you to please post any problems here in hopes a dev or mod sees this who may actually give a **bleep**.
