Whats happened to MxO

Well I'm a returning player after about a year or so away (haven't actually got into the game yet as its still patching, after 2 days! but meh.) I thought I'd add my thoughts on the game.

Whilst I did leave because it got rather repetitive just levelling until 50 (I didn't get to 50 incidentally) and then having nothing else to look forward to, I have returned because I think graphically and potentially, this is an amazing MMO. The community is excellent and everyone knows the storyline is kick-*CENSORED* for RPG, if you get into it properly.

I agree that the management is rather slow and it could definitely be so much better than it currently is but sadly that's the nature of commerce and industry, if something isn't worth forking out the cash/labour for - they simply won't do it. Unless 10s of thousands of players come back with me tomorrow, they're unlikely to spend that much time and effort on a game that people are bored with (those that left, not saying everyone is)

I'm excited to jack back in though simply because of the community. Been there and played Eve and WoW and FFXI and I hated them, simply because there's no community, everyone's either too busy to help out the new guys or they just pwn them repeatedly.

That's my 2ps worth anyway.
