concealed "PLEASE HELP"

i apologise if this has allready been covered in a difrent post but i couldnt seem to find the relivent info anyware so i thought id ask. just upgraded to combat v2 and so far im liking it but the problem is this

im a lvl 24 sniper but for some reason i cant activate concealment or line up the shot at all, and as a result cant do my atack that requres me to be concealed. im hoping this isnt a technical problem and im sure im probley just doing something wrong but if so it would be great if anyone can tell me what it is.

You need to drag it from the abilities pane to your hotbar again. The old button doesn't work anymore.

Yep, the old one doesn't work anymore and there is new one that you get. I had the same issue untill I went looking at my sniper skills.
