I have not had a ton of experience in pvp, but I have had some extremely anoying duels, and 1 I can't forget is this...
I just managed to get a virolagist into IL when he used a silver bullet on me, so it just turns round and shoots me in the face, i get up punch him a couple of times then before i use my guard breaker on him he uses another bullet, then i get up and IMEDIATLY get another, and guess what it does it again, I get up and bang in my face im dead....MA killed..sorry i might say OWNED in IL by a hacker

There's a possibility you were actually hit by Code Bombs, there's a bug which sometimes causes the silver bullet or 'constipation' animation to appear instead of the normal 'hacking' one. Did you see normal hacking effects at the time?

Anyway, didn't this consumable weapon thing get fixed a few patches ago?

It was silver bullet he repeatedly used, I asked him after the duel and he told me himself
