I think the ultimate costume would be NT.  Nothing scarier than someone who doesn't like a great Halloween party. :3

And to make it even better, give the NT costume an FM-1500.  Not one that works, mind you, just a for-show part of the costume.

i heard it was in testing but it ended up perma banning whoever wore it.

But for verisimilitude, it would have to be area effect, perma-banning everyone within a 150-yard radius when directed at one sploiter.
