Edit: check all the vendors listed on Resource and none of them had the shirt.

ah crap. Its a lvl 40 armored.... u need the 6pt (no min. lvl) version, right? i could check my archived codes for it. i just know i have the lvl 40 cuz i been wearing it with an outfit.
